1. Application

It is mainly used for the stranding and compaction of copper and aluminum sector conductors, the stranding, drawing and compaction of round and special-shaped conductors, as well as the stranding of steel-cored aluminum conductors.

3.1 The unit is equipped with a human-machine interface (HMI), where various operating parameters can be displayed and set in real time, ensuring intuitiveness and convenience.

3.2 Operating parameters such as the actual rotational speed of each twisting cage and the linear speed of the traction device can be displayed intuitively.

3.3 The meter wheel is coated with rubber and supplemented with a pneumatic pressing device, which effectively improves the metering accuracy. It is networked with the main control cabinet to realize fixed-length stopping.

3.4 The wire breaking alarming signal is transited by wireless , which can get 100% if any wire break.

3.5 Adopt cabinet type touch screen operation desk , which is convenient for operation and beautiful in form.

3.6 Rectangular square tube is used for the reinforcement of the main strander to avoid the jitter of the single board.

3.7 The new belt tensioner adopts high wear-resistant friction belt, which makes the adjustment more convenient and the service life longer.

3.8 The cables and air circuits inside the machine are hidden in the square tube of the base to avoid damage and disorder.

3.9 Reinforcement is added to the front support of the main machine to increase stability. The wire die base is connected to the front support of the main machine, which has stronger integration and better mechanical rigidity.

3.10 The front and rear shaft heads of the main machine are made of integrated steel castings to avoid cracking caused by welding.

3.11 The braking area of the main machine is increased to improve the braking performance.
